MAKING A GOOD MOOD DAY

In these pandemic, it has been hectic for all those people especially the students to decide what to focus upon , on the profession or on the passion . Students even the adults get a very hectic schedule to manage everything . They all got a messed up schedule means not in a proper way . Yeah I agree that we all needed a break from all the schedules we had but not in this way to be at home and got stucked [not so] for four months . Our parents have that on-going schedule same as they had initially but we got it ours messed up . Our waking-up time , sleeping time , our self-studies etc all got puzzled right?

Guys maintaining a good mood all throughout the day is as difficult as cracking an IIT . Girls usually get mood swings and just so quickly spoil their moods . Here I can suggest you some of the tips to have good mood not all throughout the day but in case it gets spoils , you can follow my tips .

How can you just turn your bad mood into a good one ???

cucumber helps in relaxation :]

a) If you feel stressed or feel like its very hectic and can’t take it anymore , then take two slices of cucumber and put it on your eyes and take a not so nap for nearly 1–1 and half an hour . You will definitely observe a relaxation to your mind and to your eyes .

b) Don’t sit at the same place for continuously 4–5 hours or study or work for 4–5 hours sitting at the same place . It will definitely make you lazy and irritating and can turn you off . And it may also make you frustrated, so sit at a place where you can get peace and should also change your regular place .

c) If you get too much or so much filled up with tensions or pressures or just want to take a break , then just get yourself busy with the workouts . Not specifically exercises , you can go for like dancing or other physical exercises . It will make you and your mind relax . It will get you rid of the chaotic mind . Even you can also devote time for your hobbies if you know it will make you relax .

d) You can also take a long walk but as its not possible during this pandemic, you can just walk along your terrace with some music heeding your ears . It will somehow divert you from all those stress and tensions . A good music will cheer up your mood surely .

e) If you are feeling low then you can go for reliving all the past memories by just looking and going through all the old albums and go all sneaking about the past memories with your family and friends . It will make you feel better .

f) Guys if your stress has been brimmed and just makes you feel to undergo a frustrated volcano eruption , they try to chew a chewing gum and bless your mind and soul with a hot or normal shower . I swear guys it will give you a relief .
